Thank you for visiting the Heart Yourself site. These t-shirts are a great source of creative inspiration for me. They were inspired by a very difficult experience- and the simple statement "Love Yourself" was what I took away from that experience. I decided to put the statement on a t-shirt, simply because it is so simple, but so important, and very easily forgotten. Most importantly, when we can love ourselves, it becomes easier to truly love on another.
